| In response to the urgency of the Great Commission, the Franciscan Missionaries of Divine Compassion was established to provide a place for Anglican women to live out the principles of classic religious life in the context of active ministry, with a focus on prayer, community, and mission. The sisterhood strives to bring the Gospel to the people, the people to the sacraments, and the tender love of our Lord Jesus Christ to all. It upholds the traditional orthodox and catholic faith, which we received from Christ, as the Anglican Church has received the same. |
